50 Broad Street is a 6 bedroom residence. The Broad Street Suite is an ensuite off the dining room (separated by two locked doors) with a private entry. So at 50 Broad, there are three options: 1) Rent the entire 6br home. 2)Rent the 5 bedroom house 3) Rent The Broad Street Suite.
The Broad Street Suite offers a bedroom ensuite with a private entrance (keyless coded entry) for a convenient and seamless check-in/check-out. You will be given a 4 to 6 digit code after booking, as well as the info, for complimentary WiFi. The room has a private full bathroom attached with a shower. There is a twin rollaway in the walk in closet ready to go, if needed. The private back porch boasts views of a large backyard. The location is about halfway between downtown Hamilton and Colgate’s campus, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that Hamilton has to offer. The hospitality station has a keurig with an assortment of coffee, tea, and snacks. The mini-fridge is stocked with bottled water, as well. Rates for the Broad Street Suite range from $109-$525/night.
The full 6 bedroom residence (2 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 crib) is also available for 2- night minimum stays, for Colgate parent weekends, graduation, alumni weekend, etc… Please call (315) 750-4133 for information. Weekend rates for the entire home range from $999-$2500/night. No smoking and No pets, as we keep the home allergy friendly.
